| Ollipops is wholly owned by Caroline Gowans and is located in Hampshire, England. We do not operate a high street shop or offer collection facilities, however, although our website is our catalogue and shop, we recognise that many people do not feel comfortable entering their credit card details online. | We've always rewarded our loyal customers by offering a discount for larger quantities on a couple of product ranges. This has proved so popular that we've decided that the time has come to extend it to ALL products on the Ollipops site, based on order value rather than number of items. Reward Points are all very well, but we think it's simpler - and infinitely more rewarding - to thank you for your business by taking money off your bill BEFORE you pay! Our new Ollipops Rewards program will give you just that. All product ranges are included in the program, and your Ollipops Reward is based on the value of your order (excluding any shipping charges), as below. | Simply browse through the shop, select any items you wish to order, and proceed to the checkout. You may pay by credit card via the secure server at Protx, who operate a "real-time" system - i.e. they will make security checks on your card, obtain payment authorisation, and debit your account immediately. The item will appear on your statement under the merchant name "Ollipops.com". In the case of non-UK orders, your credit card company will convert the sterling amount into your own currency at the rate prevailing under their own terms and conditions. When viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you will see a mini cart summary at the foot of the page, together with a link which will enable you to get an instant price conversion into your own currency. Please note that this should be used as a guide only - what you will actually pay depends on the exchange rate applied by your own card company. Important: although Protx obtain bank authorisation while you wait, we do not send transactions for settlement until the day your order is despatched - i.e. you will never actually pay for your order in advance of the despatch date. sterling cheque drawn on a UK high street bank. Cheques should be made
payable to "Ollipops". Orders paid for by personal cheque will
be despatched once the cheque has cleared (usually 4-5 working days).
If you would prefer to speak to a real person, you are welcome to make payment by telephone (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and any debit card displaying the Visa or Mastercard logos. We cannot accept non-UK Maestro cards or Visa Electron cards). If you have a Paypal account and would prefer to pay
via Paypal, you will see this as an option once you reach the secure payment server at Sage Pay. | We will ship to any UK address and to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sultanate of Oman, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States If you want delivery to a country not listed above, let us know. We will always try to accommodate you. Within the UK, you can select Royal Mail Special Delivery for a guaranteed overnight service. The cost is dependent on weight. UK orders requiring Special Delivery will be despatched on the same day if the order is placed by midday. Where a product is advertised as being eligible for FREE shipping, you must select the ordinary Royal Mail option for your region to take advantage of this. FREE shipping is only available by Royal Mail. IMPORTANT NOTE TO OUR ITALIAN, PORTUGUESE, SPANISH & GREEK CUSTOMERS REGARDING SHIPPING TO ITALY, PORTUGAL, SPAIN & GREECE Unfortunately, so much mail from the UK to Italy, Portugal, Spain and Greece simply never arrives at its destination, that we can no longer offer free shipping to Italy, Portugal, Spain or Greece, since all parcels, however small, must be sent on a trackable service, which adds considerably to the overall cost of shipping. Those products which have, in the past, been eligible for free shipping to Italy, Portugal, Spain or Greece, will now be charged at a subsidised flat rate of £6.95 per order. Products for which shipping has always been chargeable are not affected by this - the charges are exactly the same as to any other country in Europe. | Overseas deliveries only: import duties vary worldwide depending on each country's importation legislation. It is the customer's responsibility to discover what, if any, import duties their order may be subject to, and the liability for import duties resides solely with the customer. For destinations outside the EC free trade zone, we are obliged to make a customs declaration, verifying the value of the parcel. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE AGREE TO MAKE A FALSE DECLARATION. This practise is illegal. | We guarantee to refund or replace faulty items, and we will refund any shipping charges incurred in returning any faulty merchandise, on condition that you have contacted us in writing prior to returning the faulty item to obtain shipping instructions. Any fault must be advised in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item, and any return must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. If you are simply not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund or an exchange if the item is returned in new, unworn and resaleable condition within 30 days of receipt. We will not pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty. Items returned for any other reason other than faulty merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and labels intact. Please take care when trying on any shoes or clothing, so as to preserve the original packaging. | Most orders are shipped within 1 working day. Some items may take longer than this, and these are clearly marked in the full product description. It is important to note that although your transaction will be authorised by your bank at the time of order (for online payments), no money will actually be debited to your account until the day of despatch of goods. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock and we may not be able to ship it within our normal timescale. If this happens, we will advise you immediately and back-order the items for you. You have the right to cancel an order for any items which, in your view, are on an unacceptably long lead time. | If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price in full, provided that (a) the item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt, and (b) the item(s) are returned in new, unworn, unused and resaleable condition and with all original packaging and labelling intact. The price refunded will reflect any adjustment to discounts available originally, but no longer available due to one or more items being returned. Please note that items are returned at the sender's cost and risk and we advise you to return the items via a traceable service. Under current EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your order in any case within seven days of creating the contract with Ollipops, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order before the goods are despatched, your money will be refunded immediately. If you cancel your order after despatch of goods, your money will be refunded after you have returned the goods in new, unused and resaleable condition to Ollipops. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement of receipt, and at least a preliminary response within 2 working days. Our preliminary response will, at the very least, provide a detailed plan and timescale for dealing with the matter you have raised. In most cases, we anticipate resolving any issue within 2 days of receipt of your communication. All concerns and complaints will be treated personally, confidentially and seriously.
