Who is Ollipops?
Ollipops.com is a trading style of MICA Media Limited, a company registered in England (company registration number 09740052), whose registered office is located at Unit 4 Sunfield Business Park, New Mill Road, Finchampstead, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 4QT, England.
Ollipops has been the premier UK retailer of Bobux baby shoes for 17 years, with lots of choice, immediate despatch, great pricing and regular offers. But we're not just all about Bobux - we are constantly seeking out products which offer something really special or unique, whilst delivering real value, and every item you will find on our website has been personally selected by us. The shoes we select are all designed to promote healthy foot development in children, and now include Bobux Softsole, Starchild, Bobux Step-Up, Pediped Grip 'n' Go, Bobux i-Walk, Livie & Luca, Pediped Flex and Froddo.
The original Ollipops website was launched in 2000 with just 4 designs of Bobux Softsole baby shoes, on what was known as "dialup webspace" - a concept which will be completely alien to most of our customers, and long-forgotten by the rest! In those days, Paypal hadn't yet reached the shores of the UK - in fact, from memory, it was just starting out in the US, Google had only been going a year or two, was available only in English, and Google Adwords was just about to launch.
Ollipops was driven from the start by a determination to deliver excellent service and 'best of breed' products at fair prices. Nothing has changed in that respect - nowadays, we offer hundreds of styles, of course, but each order and every customer is treated with the same dedication to delivering the best service.
We welcome questions, comments and feedback from you, our customers, and hope that you enjoy shopping on our website. Please check out our information page (link at the top of every page), where you will find the answer to many commonly raised questions, along with a section dedicated to informing you of your rights as a consumer, which changed significantly in 2015, but which seem to be relatively poorly publicised by the organisations which exist to protect consumer rights!
